The new BROCCOLI and cheese

Here is a simple, quick appetizer or snack for any gathering.

Ingredients

Broccoli florets

mozzarella cheese

olive oil

Supplies: Baking sheet, parchment paper, Potato masher or fork.

Instructions

Break up the broccoli to two bite sizes and steam until tender.

Then grab a large baking sheet lined with parchment.

Now add a coin size amount of olive oil onto the parchment with space between each until the sheet looks like a domino.

on top of the oil spots place the broccoli.

with a potato masher or a fork crush the broccoli

Sprinkle some mozzarella on top and place in oven at 375 c.

Roughly about 10 minutes the cheese should be melted. Note that every oven is different. So cooking times may vary. Keep an eye on it and cook to your liking.

Once done remove from the oven and let the cheese set and cool.

Once the cheese semi firms it can be picked up by hand (without falling apart) and enjoyed.
